Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue of any sort with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve. 

Damages and issues 

Please get in touch as soon as possible if there are any issues with your order, or delivery, and we will do our best to resolve

Exchanges
As above, we are unable to accept exchanges on perishable goods

Missed collection & lateness policy
If you are running late for your collection order, please get in touch ASAP to let me know and arrange a suitable time for you to collect your order. If you do not collect your order and don’t let me know within 24 hours, I may not be able to keep your order. Since the items are perishable, I do not offer refunds or replacements if you fail to collect your order.
