When is the website restocked?
I always post the dates on my Instagram, they’re pinned so they’re easy to find if you forget. As a general rule, the website goes live every Wednesday at 7pm.

I also usually take one week off each month to rest and keep my MS under control, so there might be the occasional quieter week. Check insta to keep up to date on restocks!

Is there a minimum order?
If you’re ordering for postal, please make sure you add at least 3 bakes to your basked. If you’re collecting from ms there’s no minimum, so you can just grab a couple bits if you want a little treat

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched the Friday that week, if this has to be changed for any reason I will post it on social media - dispatch dates are usually in my pinned post on Instagram!

How long does shipping take?

Everything is sent via Tracked 24, which usually means it arrives the next day.
Royal Mail can be a wildcard sometimes, so give it up to three days before panicking and messaging me plz

How long will my treats stay fresh?
Cookies will stay fresh for about 5 days from dispatch, and the rest of the bakes last up to 10 days.
Realistically though… they’re probably getting demolished way before that

What’s the best way to store my treats?
If it’s hot, chuck them in the fridge. If it’s not, an airtight container at room temp is perfect.
Basically, don’t leave them somewhere weird and they’ll be fine

Can my bakes be frozen?
Absolutely!! They freeze really well. You can keep them for up to three months, just thaw and enjoy

Do you offer collection?
I do!! If you’re local to NR6, you can collect from my home. Just select local pickup at checkout and I’ll send you all the info. It’s very low effort, very minimal social interaction, ideal if you’re an awkward bean like me
