I don’t think I could ever possibly summarise my love for Cate (and her cakes) in a blog post, you’ll simply never meet a more wonderful person. Human sunshine, I mean it with my whole heart!! Cate was one of my first small business friends when I started Kookie Ko, and if it all crumbled to the ground at least I would have met her. If you follow my stories you’ll know she makes the cakes for all our birthdays and I’ve recommended her to everybody I know, so of course she has to have a spot in the directory - if you are in Norwich and need a cake, Cate is your person!
For my birthday this year she made me the incredible cake pictured above, and also introduced me to the wonder of Swiss meringue buttercream… my new favourite thing! 😍
