I get asked if I cater to gluten free folks ALL THE TIME, and unfortunately it’s just not on the cards - I have no plans to offer GF bakes for a multitude of reasons. But I like to have a recommendation for where to shop when this question comes up... And boy do I have a recommendation for you!! Big bear blondies are a fully gluten free home bakery based in Beddau in Wales, but don’t worry they offer UK wide postal. I’ve tried a selection of their bakes and they were phenomenal. If you’re coeliac or gluten intolerant, you’ve got to check these guys out!
